The Image Of God

It’s crunch time for me as I prepare to meet a rapidly approaching deadline. Since Time waits for no one, I just want to ask each of you a quick question for now. How many of you have heard the following quote that infers something to the effect that,
“He who controls the image of God shall control the world?”

I never heard of that quote…. And why would one want to control the worl? Too many problems these days..

Thank you for the compliment. I had the same problem finding a template. So I customized this one and launched it on New Year’s Day to keep a personal promise.
I’m using a WordPress template for now until I finish building my own template. Change is coming. Each month, I add something new or alter this site’s appearance.

I also pondered the same question many years ago when all the image-makers only depicted Jesus with eurocentric features. Due to some eye-opening experiences, I plan to dig much deeper into this controversial and divisive topic once a pending deadline has passed.
God willing, the work we’re doing will shift some paradigms and heal the broken relationships between the culturally diverse people of humanity’s global village. Imagine the possibilities.
