Come Morning

COME MORNING, an inspirational story about personal leadership, will inspire you to believe it’s possible to achieve your Big Dream when nobody else does.  The optimistic attitude of an innocent child too young to know what lies ahead inspires a defeated man who has lost his passion to dream, to write, to live.

The protagonist of this provocative love story stops believing the truth that fallen, imperfect people like him with good intentions, bad habits, and great weaknesses like his can “rise to the level of excellence every Big Dream demands.”

Discover how to negate the “seeds of self-hatred” and how to nullify “the greatest lie ever told” and sold for a profit.  Before you stumble badly and bump heads with Adversity, Failure, Setback, and Poverty, find out why the term “self-esteem” is really a verb instead of a noun.

See why the next generation of leaders chooses to cultivate a “culture of civility” so women, children, and the elderly can begin to feel safe and secure within the comfort of their own skin.

Reading this compelling story about “a novel idea whose time and season has finally come” will give you a reason to believe in yourself again, to love loving you again, to remain hopeful until your morning comes.

When life happens and Adversity strikes, COME MORNING will inspire you to “keep rising to your feet after every great fall you survive until your eyes meet the greatness of God’s faithfulness.”

I haven’t read “Come Morning” but the way you present it , I’m convinced it would be a good read and a story to look up to for strength. The last sentence does it all. Thanks!

I am proud to say that I am amongst the fortunate to have been afforded the opportunity to read ‘Come Morning’….We all have been faced with the day to day cumbersome reality of just living life or we may know someone who has struggled with self defeat but the author really digs deep into the depth of the reader to evoke inspiration. I was truly blessed by Mr. Solomon’s cultivation to dream big. I have even been able to share passages of the book with my teenage son. Solo, thank you for allowing God to use YOU to bless US. Much Love.

First, let me add my congratulations to you on “Come Morning”.

Second, this book has helped me to believe. There are times when I felt as though I was reading a summary of my life as I read the words in “Come Morning,” and I recognize that this is no accident. Solomon has written a book that pushes you to look at the things going on in your life and not let them keep you down. Never settle; always reach for your Big Dream. The only failure is in not trying.

I have been helped tremendously by the story of Manchild, and know that all who read this book will also be lifted. Thank you again, Solomon. “Come Morning” is truly a gift to the world.

[...] My husband is a phenomenal man! He doesn’t settle for second best. He seeks to do everything with excellence. So when he told me he was updating his first book, Steppin’ Out of the Darkness, my first question is, “Why?” He replied, “I can do better.” So after many months of rewrites and revisions, my husband has now published and released his first hardcover book entitled, Come Morning. You can view a description of the book on my husband’s blog, “When Least Expected.” [...]

wonderful, I would love to produce an audio to compliment your book. Love and light, Sarah

Blessings often come when you least expect them. For me, receiving my copy of “Come Morning” is such a blessing. Every word and every turn of the page represented a renewal of faith, inspiration, and self . “Come Morning” is a must! You will not be disappointed.

This literary art is a classic timepiece designed to challenge and stimulate your thinking over a period of time! It has encouraged me to think outside of the box and to believe in myself. This literature is ever before me as a reminder of my own dreams and to continue to reach my goals. The dialogue draws you closer to the characters and makes you want to experience more. As a leader, one is motivated and compelled to reach higher heights! Change is inevitable and challenges, struggles and sacrifice are a part of the process. I thank God for Roderick Solomon and for gifting him to inspire us in love and spiritual insight of the scriptures. “Imagine the Big Dream – Dare to be a Leader”

This book is not for the average reader who is expecting “a quick read”. It is to be read slowly and very purposefully. It is not for the faint of heart and undoubtedly will challenge you to take a closer look inside of yourself…if you dare. Take time to ponder the great insights captured through the skillful use of metaphors intertwined with scriptural roots that run deep. You will have to read it more than once to reap the intended benefits.

Step out of the darkness which attempts to encompass us all and enjoy Come Morning. “When life happens and Adversity strikes, what will you choose to do before your morning comes?”

Come Morning is written as a storyteller providing thought provoking metaphor characters and circumstances that I could relate to in my own personal life journey. This will definitely remain in my library for my children and grands to read as they mature mentally and spiritually. Thank You, Solomon! Keep up the good work!!!

[...] with God’s help and finish writing the vision that has evolved over the past 10+ years into Come Morning, you can do the same. But you must honestly believe it’s possible for a humbled beginner like [...]

I have started reading Come Morning and it reminds me of a favorite read, The Alchemist. The Alchemist is one of my all time favorites and I refer back to it often. I am confident Come Morning will become one of my favorites that I refer back to often.

I am on a journey to define what my personal legend/calling is. I believe Come Morning will help me to define why I am here on earth.

Much thanks to Solomon for his encouragement, support and inspiring spirit.

As I read, Come Morning I find myself reflecting on my past, present, and future. This book is allowing me to address all that I was, I am and who I am developing to be. I’ve had this book since September, but wasn’t ready to begin the journey. I am now in a place and space within my mind, heart, body, and soul that allows me to embrace this read as a tool to assist me through my life’s journey. I AM READY..

Thank you Solomon for being a gift purposely placed in my path.

I am transitioning back and forth between, Come Morning and Eat, Pray, Love. They kinda seem to go together for me anyway. It’s so amazing what has and is occurring in my journey through this life. Social media is a way for me to share some of my inspirational deepest thoughts. May not be the most effective media, but to say it is better than to not say it at all. Here is one of my thoughts I posted on Facebook after perusing my Blackberry on being a writer. This jumped out at me and danced across my mind this morning while lying in my bed:

I found this and loved it, so I’m sharing..American entrepreneur Russell Simmons, co-founder of the hip-hop label Def Jam, once told me that if you want to be something, just be it. If you want to be an artist then create art. If you want to be a lawyer then read law books and start acting like a legal eagle. His point was that advanced education and assigned titles should not be road blocks to achieving our goals.

To be continued, so stay tuned..

Solomon, you are among a gift so precious to me it leaves me speechless and gasping for my next breath of air. Thank you..
